Mother's Day Brunch & Mercado
Happy Mother’s Day from Parche! Celebrate this weekend with our delicious brunch specials. Chef Juan Hormiga has created a special “Chocolo & Chicken” dish to honor the breakfast his mother always made for him. According to Chef “The chocolo arepa is the closest thing Colombians have to a stack of pancakes - it’s our spin-off of ‘Chicken & Waffles’.
For dessert, Chef Juan has crafted a decadent tribute to Colombian heritage with a rich dark chocolate tres leche cake.
From our bar, we will be shaking up the Chicha de Pina Cocktail. This is a spring inspired easy sipin’ cocktail - it features Legendario Domingo Papalote Mezcal, Pisco, with notes of Pineapple and orange.
Parche will be hosting a small mercado where guests can shop local artisan goods.
Mother’s Day Brunch & Mercado will be available May 11 & 12 from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Reservations can be made on Resy.com.
